A Family Built on Plastic
The Barplas story begins in Britain.
In 1994, A.W. Barghout & son M.B. Barghout co-founded Barplas Ltd in Bradford, England. From a single product line, the company grew into a full range of pails, buckets and lever-lid containers — becoming the second largest manufacturer of cylindrical plastic containers in the UK, with 10% market share and 25% of all roller paint trays sold in Britain. In 2006, Barplas Ltd was acquired by RPC Group plc, then Europe's leading rigid plastics manufacturer.
From Bradford to Beirut
A.W. Barghout co-founded Barplas Lebanon with his nephew Mohamad Abdul Hafiz Barghout, who today owns and leads the company. The same family, the same expertise that built one of Britain's largest plastic packaging companies — now serving Lebanon and the wider Middle East.

Products & Capabilities
Barplas Lebanon manufactures injection-moulded plastic containers for the paint, chemicals, food, construction and cosmetics industries. Our range includes pails from 1L to 19L, food packaging, and cosmetic jars from 100ml to 1000ml.

Our decoration capabilities include IML (In-Mould Labelling), Dry Offset Printing on Desco equipment — up to six colours in a single pass — and Heat Transfer Printing for maximum design flexibility. From plain container to fully branded, shelf-ready packaging — everything in-house.
